Shipping policy
1. Local delivery
- Free local delivery in Fort McMurray, Anzac, and Fort Chipewyan
- Anzac & Fort McKay delivery day is Saturday.
- Same day delivery is available locally.
- For Snackle boxes 24hrs notice is required.
2. Processing time
- Orders are processed same day locally. 1–3 business days for Alberta and the rest of Canada.
- During holidays or rush periods, processing may take longer
3. Standard shipping rate
- Flat-rate shipping across Canada
- Free shipping on orders over $50, except oversized or remote-delivery items
- Remote locations may take longer
4. Delivery estimates
- Processing: 1–3 business days
- Shipping after dispatch: 1-3 business days depending on location
5. Tracking and delays
Tracking will be provided once the shipping label has been created. Delays will be handled by the carrier.
6. Wrong address / returned package policy
if an incorrect address has been provided every attempt will be made to have the gift delivered to the appropriate person. Returned packages will immediately be tracked back to the sender.
7. Damaged items
After receipt of the package please contact us within 3 business days with photos of the damage
