Shipping policy
1. Local delivery
- Free local delivery
- Anzac & Fort McKay delivery day is Saturday.
- Same day delivery is available locally.
- For Snackle boxes 24hrs notice is required.
2. Processing time
- Orders are processed same day locally. 1–3 business days for Alberta and the rest of Canada.
- During holidays or rush periods, processing may take longer
3. Free Canada-wide shipping
- oversized or remote-delivery items may have a charge of $25
- Remote locations may take longer
4. Delivery estimates
- Processing: 24hrs
- Shipping after dispatch: 1 business day
- Local delivery is same day
5. Tracking and delays
Tracking will be provided once the shipping label has been created. Delays will be handled by the carrier.
6. Wrong address / returned package policy
if an incorrect address has been provided every attempt will be made to have the gift delivered to the appropriate person. Returned packages will immediately be tracked back to the sender.
7. Damaged items
After receipt of the package please contact us within 3 business days with photos of the damage
